• The fourth principle of Lord Mahavir is Brahmacharya (celibacy). It states that people must avoid participation in sensual acts markedly.
• The fifth principle of Mahaveer Swami Aparigraha (Non-Possessiveness). This principle tells people to connect with prior lessons. Under this, Lord Mahavir states, people must eliminate their desires for acquiring possessions.
