Shiva is the power of nothingness. It\u2019s the subconscious power to combine with your conscious state to attain the state of liberation- rise above your human body and meet your soul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shiva means \u201cthat which is not\u201d Nirakar, nothingness! Everything that begins with nothingness (birth) ends at nothingness (death), and between these two is an empty space the Shiva- a non-being, absolute darkness. Humans, we live in the light because of the nature of the visual apparatus which we carry. Shiva is to conquer the darkness and to attain what is the absolute truth(life and death).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lord_Shiva_and_Vishuddhi_Chakra\"><\/span>Lord Shiva and Vishuddhi Chakra <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Snakes are sensitive to energy. Shiva has a snake around his throat. The Vishuddhi Chakra is at the point of the neck and can be associated with the snake. Vishuddhi is to stop the poison, and the snake carries the position. So Vishuddhi is to purify that position, to become absolutely powerful. Hence he gets his name \u201cNeelakantha\u201d Because he doesn\u2019t allow the poison to enter his system.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another name of Shiva is Soma or Somasundara. Soma means moon (or Crescent), which is inebriation or intoxication. Shiva is a great yogi who is euphoric all the time, but he sits in great alertness. To enjoy the intoxication, you should be alert. Even when you are drunk, you should stay awake and enjoy the intoxication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Shivas_Trishul\"><\/span>Shiva&#8217;s Trishul <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It can also be named Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna. These are the three Nadis of the human body\u2013 the left, the right and the central \u2013 in the Pranamaya kosha, or the energy body of the human system. Nadis are pathways of prana(life force) in the system. The Pingala and Ida(Shiv &amp; Shakti- Masculine and Feminine energies) they basically prove the duality of existence, different nature of existence, the intuitive and the logical aspect of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Shivas_Damru\"><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dVCbPNcdgXI&amp;t=70s\">Shiva&#8217;s Damru <\/a><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damru signifies the ever-expanding and collapsing Universe. It\u2019s a symbol of sound. The universe as a wave function is Advaita (one wave), the non- dual nature of the universe. So we humans are all syncing in that one wave of existence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nandi is a symbolism of patience, eternal waiting and is the great virtue of humankind. This is tolerance, receptivity. The quality that Nandi carries, should be acquired by all humans, to wait patiently at the temple, to meditate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The true meaning of prayer is Nandi means you are trying to talk to God. The true meaning of Nandi is meditation means you are willing to listen to God. Triambaka: Opening of perception, the third eye. It\u2019s the eye of vision. You see this person and start thinking something about him, but you are not able to see the Shiva in him. The Pillar is defined as the column of fire representing the three gods-Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwara, while Shakti is represented by the Disc or Peedam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vishnu signifies Proton -a positive electrical charge.<\/li><li>Mahesha signifies Neutron &#8211; neutral<\/li><li>Brahma signifies Electron -negative electrical charge.<\/li><li>Shakti is Energy. Lord Shiva is very popular amongst single girls, who want to be blessed with a husband like him. Amavas symbolically represents Kaliyuga or spiritual ignorance. Lord Shiva entered just before the beginning of Kaliyuga to get this world rid of evil and ignorance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Moon is papa Ketari, squeezed in between two malefic planets. Hence the Moon is weak. Jupiter (spiritual guru) aspects the moon by 5th Drishti, sight, and lends energy for spiritual effort during this time.
