According to <strong>Hindu beliefs<\/strong>, Lord Vishnu resides in the tree. Also, because of him, Ekadashis are sacred. Thus, devotees worship Lord Vishnu on Amlika Ekadashi. They pray on the Ekadashi and seek the grace and blessing from him. However, the most popular tale according to Hindu Mythology, King Chitrasena first observed the fast of Amalaki Ekadashi. In of King&#8217;s excursion, a few demons captivate the king. However, they successfully destroy the demons once the divinity emerges from the body of King Chitrasena. After getting back the consciousness, the king learned that he was protected because of the Amalaki Ekadashi Vrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Amalaki_Ekadashi_Pooja_Vidhi\"><\/span>Amalaki Ekadashi Pooja Vidhi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the steps for Amalaki Ekadashi Puja given by our expert Astrologer- <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you are observing the Ekadashi fast, on the day of Puja, you should take a bath with Ganga Jal in water. Further, wear clean clothes. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Now, in front of the worship idol of Vishnu, take a Sankalpa (resolution) of fasting. Keep sesame, mudra, kush, and water in your hand. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In your resolution, say thus, &#8220;I keep a fast of Amalaki Ekadashi with the blessings of Lord Vishnu and wishing for salvation. Lord Vishnu keeps me in my refuge for this fast to be completed successfully.&#8221;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Now worship Lord Vishnu.
