Hello !! I am Riicha I believe communication is the key building block to any relationship either it be family, friends, husband-wife or a client and a counselor. As in life, it turns out that the little things matter a lot and being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills. It builds and maintains relationships. I also believe that being able to recognize emotions is very essential as they can play an important role in how you think and behave. It can also influence the decisions you make and gives you motivation to take action. It also helps you to understand others better.
